  We received a warm welcome when checking in and an offer of help with carrying our luggage up the fairly steep stairs to our room on the top (2nd) floor. The room was very quiet considering it faced the main road. The view over the park was lovely as it was winter with no leaves on the trees. The room, although small, had everything you need for a short break, but would be a bit of a struggle with a large suitcase. The en suite shower room was clean and everything worked, although there appeared to be a bit of a water pressure issue at the top on the hotel. Water was very hot once it ran through a bit.
  The hotel offers lots of deals on the price of rooms and the price fluctuates a lot depending on how many bookings they have. Included in the price for our room was a continental breakfast which is completely self service. There was a choice of juice, cereal, meat/cheese, bread and pastries and there was plenty available.
  There is an adequate car park round the back which is a godsend in the Hampton Court area. A few hundred yards walk to Hampton Court Palace and the railway station for trains to London. Bridge Road restaurants and real ale pubs are only a 5 minute walk away.
